Marketing Operations Manager

Radiology is the second most used healthcare service, used by over 51% of the workforce annually. Despite the critical role of radiology in healthcare, the process for undergoing a medical imaging exam has remained unchanged for decades. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support the execution and day-to-day operations of our member engagement marketing across the full member journey, from enrollment and activation through ongoing lifecycle communications. You’ll help run multi-channel campaigns, coordinate direct-mail and event logistics, keep projects on track, and make sure work moves smoothly from request to launch.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Member Services, and Product, and coordinate with external creative and print/mail partners.

You’ll operate within our existing marketing platforms and systems, which are owned and administered by the marketing lead, so your focus is execution and coordination rather than platform administration. A growing share of the repetitive work is handled by automated and AI-assisted workflows, so you’ll spend your time keeping campaigns moving, guaranteeing quality, and coordinating the people and vendors who bring them to life.

What you'll do:

• Campaign execution across channels.
• Execute and QA member campaigns across email, SMS, landing pages, and direct mail, building and testing journeys in Braze and launching them against documented QA checklists and naming standards.
• Direct mail and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate direct-mail production with our print and mail vendor, including job submission, proofs, the pre-send QA checklist, and in-home tracking, and manage benefit-fair materials, swag inventory, and shipments to field teams.
• Marketing intake and project coordination.
• Manage marketing intake and triage in Linear, classifying, prioritizing, and routing requests and driving them to completion, and keep calendars, timelines, and documentation current so nothing slips.
• Experiment pipeline coordination.
• Build our backlog of marketing ideas and tests, working with the marketing operations leader to move prioritized concepts into execution. Coordinate variants, approvals, and launch dates, and keep each experiment’s hypothesis, status, result, and next action documented.
• New customer launch support.
• Drive the new-customer launch checklist end to end, coordinating landing pages, cobranded toolkits, journeys, and mailers across Customer Success, Product, and creative partners to hit launch dates.
• Content and asset support.
• Create and update straightforward member-facing content and assets in Canva, and coordinate larger creative work with our design partners so materials stay clear, consistent, and on-brand.
• Reporting and optimization support.
• Pull campaign and channel performance data, help run A/B tests across subject lines, creative, and calls to action, and summarize results to support decisions.
• Working with automation.
• Partner with our automated and AI-assisted workflows, owning the QA and coordination steps where they hand off, and flag repetitive work worth streamlining.

About you:

2-4 years in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing execution role.

Experience supporting multi-channel campaign execution across email, SMS, landing pages, and/or direct mail.

Comfortable working hands-on in a customer engagement platform such as Braze or Iterable, building and QAing campaigns and journeys (platform administration is owned by the marketing lead).

Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage many workstreams at once in a ticketing system such as Linear, Asana, or Jira.

Experience coordinating external vendors and print/direct-mail production, and comfort with hands-on logistics such as events, fulfillment, and inventory.

Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, member-friendly, brand-aligned content.

Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for light asset updates.

Comfortable working alongside automation and AI tools, and motivated to streamline repetitive work rather than only execute it.

Detail-oriented and organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Interest in healthcare, digital health, or improving the consumer healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.  Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, location, and applicable laws. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
