Designation: Operations Support Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities:
Evaluate Work Orders: Review and assess complete work orders for telecom engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project milestones and client agreements.
Monitor Milestones: Track progress through various project milestones to determine the percentage of revenue recognized at each stage, adhering to predefined criteria.
Communication & collaboration: Serve as a communication hub between management, project leads, and backend teams, gathering updates and insights necessary for revenue recognition. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project management and Admin departments, to facilitate smooth revenue recognition processes and resolve any issues promptly.
Review Updates: Scrutinize updates from management and project leads to identify any adjustments required for revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with client terms and conditions. Utilize quantitative analysis to determine the appropriate quantity of work units to bill for each project, considering project specifics and client requirements.
