• Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and professional follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Explain FreeLink’s remote and onsite interpreting services, including medical, legal, and court interpreting solutions.
• Qualify prospects based on their language-service requirements, organization size, service volume, and purchasing needs.
• Schedule discovery calls or service consultations with qualified prospects.
• Prepare and send service information, proposals, pricing information, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update lead, contact, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who have requested additional information or proposals.
• Work with operations and interpreting teams to ensure prospective clients receive accurate information about available services.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Track outreach activity, qualified leads, meetings, proposals, and closed accounts.
• Meet established monthly and quarterly sales-development targets.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, lead generation, or account management preferred.
• Experience selling professional services, healthcare services, language-access solutions, staffing, or related services is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect for new business through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other professional outreach channels.
• Strong ability to identify and communicate with decision-makers at healthcare facilities, medical practices, law firms, courts, government organizations, and businesses.
• Experience qualifying leads based on client needs, service requirements, budget, and purchasing authority.
• Strong knowledge of sales follow-up, lead nurturing, appointment setting, and pipeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to clearly explain remote medical interpreting and onsite medical, legal, and court interpreting services.
• Comfortable using CRM systems to record prospects, communications, follow-ups, opportunities, and client information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, and video-conferencing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and sales opportunities simultaneously.
