Compensation
: $25.76/hr + DOE + DOQ
Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
This position supports Church at the Park's fundraising efforts by building and maintaining strong donor relationships, managing donor communications and CRM data, and coordinating donor engagement campaigns and events. This role works closely with Development, Communications, Finance, and Data teams to strengthen donor retention, grow recurring giving, and connect supporters to the organization's mission.
The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-focused, technologically proficient, and passionate about serving individuals experiencing homelessness.
Preferred Qualifications:: Four-year degree in relevant field preferred. An equivalent of a high school diploma or GED + 4 years of experience can be substituted.
2 years' experience managing people and systems preferred.
2+ years of donor care and private funding development preferred
Experience using a CRM system for managing donor relations preferred but not required.
Excellent technical language skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Mail chimp, Zoom, etc.
Experience or capacity for technology related to presentations and meetings.
Proficiency in basic document layout. Graphic design skills are a plus but not required.
Must have valid Oregon Driver's license; must have been a licensed driver for at least 2 years; must have a driving record that permits coverage under C@P’s company insurance.
Update Donor data entry and tracking. Including the sending of Thank You notes and Year End Tax documents.
Primarily an office environment.
Must be able to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds or less.
Going up and down stairs multiple times a shift.
High contact with C@P staff.
Weekly contact with people experiencing homelessness.
Driving between Church at the Park operated and managed sites.
Attend required training, team meetings, and learn policies and procedures for C@P operations.
