About the Team
Miro’s Demand Marketing team is responsible for programs that further establish Miro as a globally recognized Enterprise market leader, measured by increased revenue of our High Touch business. We are a highly cross functional team that works with teams in growth, sales, and customer success to acquire and expand Enterprise customers, supplementing product-led growth with B2B marketing tactics.
About the Role
Miro is looking for an experienced and ambitious senior regional marketing manager to contribute to the strategy, execution and localized impact of our marketing efforts in North America. This is a critical role responsible for driving significant pipeline and revenue growth in a key market.
Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing (AMER), you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and all marketing functions to deliver high-performing regional marketing programs.
This person needs to identify pipeline gaps, create a strategy to fill the gap via field marketing programs, partner with the GTM team and internal marketing teams to execute the strategy, and relentlessly track and hunt the pipeline and meetings that come as a result through to closed-won revenue.
What you’ll do
Contribute to the building and execution of Miro's regional marketing plan for AMER, translating GTM goals into a strategy that directly generates and accelerates pipeline
Lead the end to end development and execution of effective and scalable regional marketing activities including events, ABM, and other field programs that accelerate pipeline and drive revenue
Align, prioritise and plan closely with sales, marketing and other functional and cross-functional teams to ensure that targets are met
Apply a strong understanding of sales and business priorities, customer needs, and regional competitive landscape to planning and execution
Collaborate with digital marketing and demand generation teams to leverage digital tactics for field execution and event follow-up strategies
Work closely with regional partners and the partner marketing team to incorporate the partner ecosystem into regional plan and field events
Regularly report on regional performance metrics, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution to GTM and marketing leaders.
Own and manage the marketing budget for owned programs, demonstrating a strong ROI for all expenditures.
What you’ll need
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
A proven track record of designing and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns (online and offline) that result in measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
Deep understanding of the AMER B2B technology landscape, buyer personas, and customer journey.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Global Marketing).
Strong understanding of regional campaign management and measurement
Outstanding skills in project management and prioritization
Demonstrated ability to act decisively in ambiguous situations to move work forward effective
AI-first mindset with eagerness to integrate AI into daily workflows. You'll have some examples of how you're using AI to maximize business impact today, the curiosity and confidence to test different agents, automations, and tools, and a drive to share successful approaches with the team. The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to San Francisco and may not be applicable to other locations. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The range for this role is:
San Francisco salary range
$152,000 — $228,000 USD
