Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Rhythm of Business Strategic Lead to join the Data Center Communities (DCC) organization. This role is the strategic connective tissue between DCC leadership and the operating mechanisms that drive decisions — goals, operating plans, business reviews, and the broader rhythm of business. You will own the narrative: translating operational complexity into clear, defensible plans and reviews that land with executive audiences. In this role, you will shape the strategy, not just document it.
You will work directly with DCC's senior leadership team to define what we commit to, how we measure progress, and how we communicate both to the broader AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) organization.
