Worldwide Logistics Insurance & Claims is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products supporting excess auto claims handling and auto litigation support across Amazon's Last Mile delivery network. This role sits within the On-Road Incident Management (ORIM) organization and will focus on building scalable products and workflows that connect claims operations, legal teams, outside counsel, third-party administrators (TPAs), and insurers to improve outcomes across the full claims and litigation
lifecycle.
Key job responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for excess auto claims and auto litigation support, including TPA integrations, claims workflow optimization, evidence collection tooling, and litigation discovery capabilities
Define and build workflows for litigation discovery, including the collection, organization, preservation, and production of core documents and evidence materials for internal legal teams and outside counsel
Design scalable evidence preservation processes that ensure data generated during incident response is captured at the point of origin and remains accessible and defensible throughout the litigation lifecycle
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
