Build the applications that power Amazon Ads' support ecosystem — from self-service educational content and AI-based assistants to human-powered support and post-interaction tools — directly unblocking advertisers in their moment of need and ensuring customer delight across every support path. The Ad Services team builds support experiences that are contextually relevant, easy to discover, efficient, accurate, and predictive of users' needs.
