As a Staff R&D Engineer at our Stryker Peripheral Vascular Division, you will be a technical lead on our R&D Concept team. This role will drive the identification, evaluation, and integration of novel sensing technologies into future vascular catheter platforms, with the goal of improving procedural efficiency, physician decision-making, and patient outcomes.
Specifically, you will act as a Sensor SME and lead the conception, development, and validation of advanced sensing modalities relevant to our catheter-directed therapies. You will partner closely with physicians, engineering teams, technology suppliers, and strategic collaborators to define requirements, assess technical feasibility, and accelerate the development of breakthrough vascular products.
