Microsoft 365 Administration
- Provide L3 support for Microsoft 365 services and act as the final escalation point for complex incidents.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Perform tenant administration, health monitoring, and service optimization.
Exchange Online
- Manage Exchange Online administration, mail flow, transport rules, connectors, and compliance policies.
- Troubleshoot complex mailbox, calendaring, mail routing, and hybrid Exchange issues.
- Support email migration and modernization initiatives.
Microsoft Teams
- Administer Teams policies, governance, voice configurations, and collaboration services.
