Summary will perform Case Management duties in the Emergency Department setting. Job Description:
- Job Title: Case Manager - RN (BSN REQUIRED)
- THIS POSTION IS HOUSED WITHIN OUR EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT
- FULL TIME - FIRST SHIFT (SHIFTS MAY VARY)
The Emergency Department is a 19 bed/ 4 chaired area with a separate 2 bay, 1 bed clinical decision area designated for patients ranging in age from birth to death with health care needs from nonemergent to critical. The unit has designated rooms used for life-threatening conditions with special equipment and supplies, and rooms designated as fast track for non-emergent patients
