What You Can Expect

As a Digital Experience Specialist on Zoom's Content and Customer Advocacy team, you will play a hands-on role in shaping how millions of visitors discover, explore, and convert on zoom.com, partnering closely with the Digital Experience Lead across marketing, product marketing, design, SEO, and web engineering.

Day to day, you will turn performance data into better customer journeys — auditing pages, drafting A/B test copy, optimizing for SEO, and contributing to the templates and governance standards that keep Zoom's 30+ product pages consistent and high-performing. This is an early-career role built for someone who is equally comfortable pulling an Amplitude dashboard and editing a hero headline, with a genuine curiosity for how a website functions as a product.

You will be joining on the ground floor of Zoom's first dedicated Digital Experience function, with meaningful visibility and real impact from day one.

About the Team

The Content and Customer Advocacy team sits at the center of Zoom's marketing engine, owning content strategy, editorial programs, customer advocacy, and — most recently — the end-to-end digital experience on zoom.com. Our newly formed Digital Experience function is Zoom's first team dedicated to treating the website as a product, connecting content, design, experimentation, and data to build a cohesive and high-performing web presence for one of the world's most recognized brands.

We work across the full funnel and stay relentlessly focused on measurable outcomes and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize product pages, landing pages, and conversion paths across zoom.com, analyzing Amplitude performance data to identify friction points and recommend content, copy, and layout improvements with clear UX rationale.
• Review web pages for scannability, narrative clarity, and CTA effectiveness, documenting structured observations and prioritized improvement recommendations for the Digital Experience Lead and cross-functional partners.
• Draft, edit, and QA web copy across the full page hierarchy — hero headlines, CTA buttons, meta descriptions, and FAQ modules — ensuring alignment with Zoom's editorial style guide and brand voice.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Amplitude to track page-level conversion metrics and experiment outcomes, and surface insights in weekly pod reviews.
• Support the design, launch, and analysis of A/B and multivariate experiments, documenting hypotheses, results, and scaled learnings to guide ongoing optimization.
• Execute on-page SEO priorities including keyword mapping, meta-tag optimization, internal linking, and content architecture improvements in partnership with the SEO team.
• Contribute to scalable page templates, reusable content modules, and governance checklists that promote consistency across Zoom's 30+ product pages, and support the Digital Experience Lead in coordinating competing priorities across product teams and campaign pods.
• Map and analyze visitor journeys for self-serve SMB and enterprise audiences across zoom.com, surfacing disconnects in content hierarchy, navigation, and conversion pathways and recommending improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web content strategy, conversion rate optimization, or a related field; internship and co-op experience counts.
• Hands-on familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable content and UX recommendations.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a clear eye for conversion-oriented web copy, and the ability to distinguish between a feature list and a compelling value proposition.
• Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation methodologies using tools such as Optimizely or LaunchDarkly, or a strong and demonstrated interest in building that expertise.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals including on-page optimization, keyword research, structured data, and content architecture best practices; experience with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog is a plus.
• Self-starter mindset with a foundational understanding of UX and web design principles, with the ability to analyze a page, articulate what is and is not working across layout, narrative, and CTAs, and communicate structured improvement ideas to senior teammates.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with designers, engineers, product marketers, and campaign managers, and an eagerness to learn how a website operates as a product.

$65,400.00

Maximum:

$158,700.00

 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
