Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of business management experience required
- Veterinary experience is preferred but can be developed
- CVPM or equivalent education preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative and servant leadership approach
Resilience and adeptness in handling emotionally charged situations.
Proficiency in budget management.
Experience with team training and supervision.
Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.
Capacity to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.
Bellevue Animal Hospital is a six-doctor, general practice that has been serving Eastside dogs and cats since 1955. We recently moved into a beautiful, larger location that is fully renovated. We’ve provided generations of pets individualized care, from wellness exams and dental care to surgery, ultrasound, laser therapy, nutritional counseling, and more. Our experienced team is well equipped with excellent diagnostic tools, multiple LVTs, and a talented support staff. Our staff takes a Fear Free approach to patient care, and we take our last appointment at 5:30pm so our team can truly enjoy life outside of work.
This is a good-faith estimate based on the role's requirements at the time of posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and other benefits depending on role and location.

Pay Range
$85,000 — $95,000 USD
