THE ROLE:
AMD’s technology validation team is a group within our Foundry Technology Operations department. The group is primarily located in central Texas but interfaces with support teams across the globe. Members of the technology validation team are primarily responsible for the design and characterization of advanced technology. The team delivers critical data on yield, performance, and reliability at AMD’s foundry partners. The team is also responsible for characterizing AMD’s future proprietary IP.
