Proven leadership experience supervising and developing associates in facility or exterior services.
Strong knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, and exterior maintenance practices, including pest and disease management.
Ability to operate, inspect, and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently.
Skilled in managing compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements such as OSHA and DOT.
Proficient in coordinating work schedules, budgets, and equipment procurement to optimize operations.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills to address facility user concerns effectively.
Strong communication and coaching abilities to support team performance and continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Ability to to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and ability to maintain a minimum of a 90 day Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC) card.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and able to pass a motor vehicle report.
No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle
As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
