LAYIQ - Outside B2B Sales Executive at City Wide Facility Solutions

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of net-new B2B opportunities
· Generate opportunities through cold calling, email, networking, referrals, and face-to-face prospecting
· Connect with business owners, executives, property managers, facility managers, operations leaders, and other commercial decision-makers
· Conduct discovery meetings and facility walkthroughs to uncover operational challenges and service needs
· Develop and present customized facility-service solutions
· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close
· Maintain consistent, professional follow-up throughout the sales process
· Manage your territory, pipeline, opportunities, and activity within the company CRM
· Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual new-business goals
· Successfully transition new clients to our operations team—then get back out and win the next one
Who We're Looking For We're looking for a professional B2B salesperson who knows how to hunt.
You should be comfortable creating opportunities instead of waiting for leads. You know how to reach decision-makers, ask great questions, uncover business problems, present solutions, overcome objections, negotiate, and ask for the business.
Strong candidates should be able to share specific examples of their past sales success, including the new business they generated, sales goals they achieved, and how they personally found and closed new customers.
