We’re looking for a PPC Manager who lives and breathes paid media and can own strategy across the full landscape — Google, Meta, and everything adjacent. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks about the whole funnel, not just the platform they happen to be working in that day. You’ll be responsible for building, running, and continuously improving paid campaigns across our client roster, and for being the person in the room who actually knows why a channel is or isn’t working.
The best fit for this role is deeply curious — the kind of person who sees an odd result and can’t rest until they understand it. We want someone who figures things out. When a campaign underperforms, a platform changes its rules, or a client throws a problem no playbook covers, you dig in, test, and find the answer rather than waiting to be told what to do.
What you’ll do
- Own paid media strategy across Google (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and extend into other platforms — LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, programmatic — as client needs call for it.
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns end to end: account structure, audience targeting, bidding strategy, budgets, creative testing, and landing-page alignment.
