LAYIQ - Strategic Finance Lead at inKind

3–8 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, strategic finance, investment research, data analytics, or another highly analytical field
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets capabilities
Strong understanding of finance, cash flow, and basic accounting
Exceptional curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently through ambiguous problems
Strong communication skills
Preferred: SQL, Python, Snowflake, AI/automation tools, capital markets, debt structures, or startup experience.
