Job Summary
The Systems Engineer III – Backup is responsible for the support and delivery of the Backup environment with secondary responsibilities for the Storage environment.
This role proactively identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves medium- to high-complexity system issues; improves processes; maintains documentation; supports data recovery initiatives; prepares reports for management and IT users; monitors support tickets; assists with audits; participates in backup technology upgrades; and supports select Data Center initiatives.
