Job Summary

The fellowship will provide a practical learning experience and emphasize exposure to decision making at the highest governance, corporate and executive levels. The first year, the Fellow will select four to five rotations within the system according to interests and with preceptor guidance. The second year is spent managing major projects that fulfill both the Fellows interests and the organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer previous experience and knowledge of hospital and/or healthcare operations.
• Prefer demonstrated effective presentation, written communication, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prefer demonstrated computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing programs.
• Prefer demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prefer demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Prefer demonstrated ability to express technical concepts in a clear and concise way.
