Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is a non-profit hospital located in the beautiful city of Sarasota, Florida. The Intern will have the opportunity to participate and learn about the functions within the Revenue Cycle as it relates to Sarasota Memorial Healthcare System. The Intern will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Patient Access, Patient Financial Services and Health Information Management within the Revenue Cycle. The initial experience will be a survey of multiple areas of the Revenue Cycle, while the second half of the semester will be an intern driven focus on specific areas within Revenue Cycle.
