PRN - Family Assistance Worker

Additional Information About the Role

Shift information:

PRN - depends on needs of client/family and your availability (typically evening or weekend); 6-10 hours/week per client

Location:

Will meet with clients throughout the greater STL area

Approachable, Fun, Creative, Flexibility, must have strong communication skills

Job responsibilities:

Mentoring, modeling appropriate behavior, assist with implementation of interventions through real world experience, assist young clients with working on their goals, and be a support for that client, Coordination with the case worker, providing 1:1 interaction with the client 5-10 hours weekly, serving as a mentor/role model for clients and their families, working toward specific goals as part of the treatment team, attending team meetings and supervision meetings as scheduled
