Provisional Intake Specialist - Children and Family Services - South County

Additional Information About the Role

Up to a $2300 Sign on Bonus

Shift information:

Day Shift, Monday through Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)

Types of clients: Children in the custody of Children’s Division

Facility Location:

South Lindbergh Business Court with 85% hybrid remote work and a weekly onsite team meeting and the possibility of in-person interviews with hospitalized children which occurs infrequently.

Ideal Skill Set:  Interview, assessment, and writing skills to determine level of care for children in custody of Children’s Division.

Job responsibilities:

Completion of Independent Assessments upon request by Children’s Division for children who need Residential Treatment Care.  This role received referrals from Children’s Division and assessment must be completed and submitted within 30 days.  When referral comes from Children’s Division, assessor contacts children’s division guardian and the child’s placement to set up interviews, additional paperwork is reviewed and assessors determines a level of care for the child, completing the assessment.  Supervisor is well versed in the
