Senior Product Manager, Data & Onboarding at Axion | LAYIQ

5+ years of product management in B2B software, including a product built around messy customer data or AI output customers need to trust.
Hands-on data fluency: demonstrated experience owning data schemas, taxonomies, data ingestion pipelines, or similar data-product surfaces
Experience measuring AI output quality: you've defined what "correct" looks like, used labeled examples, and shown whether a change made results better.
A track record of turning implementation, onboarding, or operations work into repeatable product, with internal teams as your first users.
Customer and operator judgment: you can work directly with a customer and the team doing the setup, run a focused pilot, and decide how to improve the product experience from the results.
Experience at a venture-backed startup.
Nice to Have
Experience in manufacturing, quality, warranty, field service, or another complex operational domain.
Background in data preparation, data quality, data labeling, or evaluation products.
Experience with taxonomies, classification systems, knowledge capture, or designing context for AI agents.
A past life in implementation, solutions, or customer onboarding before moving into product.
