THE ROLE
We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our P&C team and help keep our people programs, processes, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. People & Culture (P&C) focuses on creating a great employee experience while supporting our people and the business. From hiring and onboarding to development, culture, and workplace operations, P&C helps our teams do their best work.
This is a highly collaborative role that will support scheduling, coordination, administration, employee and candidate experiences, and P&C initiatives across our North American offices.
You’ll work closely with the P&C team and teams across the agency, serving as a reliable and welcoming point of contact. You’ll also have opportunities to support events, team experiences, and special projects while learning more about the many different areas of P&C.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, proactive, curious, and excited to grow within P&C. As the team and business evolve, there may be opportunities for this role to grow into a full-time position.
