Northmarq is seeking an Investment Sales Analyst
(Commercial Investment Sales) in our Houston office to join an active and top-performing
Commercial brokerage team. The candidate must have prior experience within the commercial real estate industry and strong experience in using ARGUS, and an intimate familiarity with Commercial RE investments is preferred. The individual will be expected to work directly with brokers on property valuations by underwriting and analyzing the client’s quantitative property data.
