We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Department Leader – Robotic Welding to provide day-to-day leadership and technical support within our robotic welding operations at Spectrum Metalcraft. This position will lead and support team members, coordinate daily production activities, and help ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals are achieved.
The ideal candidate combines strong robotic welding knowledge with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Major Responsibilities:
Train, coach, and develop employees while monitoring productivity, attendance, and adherence to company policies and safe work practices.
Consistently promotes high standards through personal example so each employee understands the standards of behavior expecyed.
