Job Summary
The Allied Health Clinical Recruiter serves as a strategic talent partner to leaders across rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, and inpatient nursing support services. This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for positions including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, athletic trainers, imaging professionals, nurse technicians, and other clinical support roles.
This recruiter will build strong relationships with hiring leaders, develop a thorough understanding of each department’s workforce needs, and create sourcing strategies that address both immediate openings and future hiring demand. The position requires someone who enjoys proactively identifying clinical talent, building long-term candidate pipelines, and developing creative solutions in markets where local educational programs or experienced candidates may be limited.
The portfolio includes both specialized and higher-volume recruitment. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging passive rehabilitation and imaging professionals while also generating and managing applicant flow for nurse technician and other nursing support opportunities. This individual will use recruiting data, labor-market information, community partnerships, educational relationships, and targeted outreach to deliver strong candidate pipelines and advise leaders on effective hiring strategies.
This is a market facing position supporting Southwest Michigan. The recruiter will regularly participate in career fairs, educational events, onsite hiring activities, and community outreach throughout Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana, with occasional travel to Illinois. Candidates who live in or near Southwest Michigan are strongly preferred.
