$45.33 - $68.00
The Clinic Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Clinic Nurse provides a single standard of care to patients using evidence based disease state management clinical pathways.
This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff. Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources.
