Overview
The Windows Agents, Growth and Innovation team is advancing how people interact with Windows through intelligent, context-aware experiences. Our work spans AI-powered agents, Windows platform capabilities, and new experiences designed to help customers complete tasks efficiently and confidently.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of significant product capabilities. You will own features from early technical investigation through implementation, validation, deployment, and ongoing operation. You will work across organizational boundaries to solve complex engineering problems and establish sound architectural, security, reliability, and performance practices. You will also mentor other engineers and help the team make effective technical decisions.
