Overview
Microsoft.com is evolving from a content publishing channel into an AI-powered decision platform and growth engine. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join the Growth & Experimentation team and help improve priority customer journeys through insight-led growth strategy, experimentation, personalization, and disciplined execution. In this role, you will translate business goals, customer needs, and performance signals into focused growth opportunities and measurable programs.
You will partner with site managers, product marketing, UX, analytics, engineering, media, and agency teams to develop hypotheses, activate tests and journey improvements, and scale approaches that increase qualified engagement, conversion, lead generation, pipeline influence, and revenue outcomes. We are looking for a growth marketer who combines customer empathy, analytical rigor, creative problem solving, and cross-functional execution.
