Overview
Azure Customer Success Marketing helps customers get more value from the cloud investment they have already made. Our team owns the authoritative guidance Microsoft publishes for building and running on Azure, including the Cloud Adoption Framework, the Well-Architected Framework, and the Azure Architecture Center, along with the programs that put that guidance in front of the engineers and architects who need it.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how that guidance reaches its audience. You will build the layer that sits above the source material: the ebooks, technical papers, blogs, and video programming that take guidance spread across dozens of articles and turn it into something a practitioner can follow end to end. You will also host and produce our flagship Azure technical video series, a catalog of more than 220 episodes reaching developers, IT decision makers, and business decision makers.
This role asks you to be genuinely technical and genuinely a marketer. You will write deep technical content yourself, working alongside subject matter experts rather than briefing them from a distance, and you will hold your own in architecture conversations with cloud solution architects, product teams, and engineering leaders. You will also own the campaign mechanics that carry the work: channel strategy, integrated marketing, measurement, and the vendor and production partners who help you scale.
The portfolio is active and growing. A multi-part technical masterclass series is in production, the video show is moving to a fully produced format, and in-product and agent-driven guidance experiences are being built with engineering. You will inherit momentum and be expected to shape where it goes next.
Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
