Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications): Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Proven expertise in software coding, with strong proficiency in C or other relevant programming languages.
Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and initiatives, exhibiting strong strategic leadership.
Prior experience with developing and leading battery management sensing software and expertise with different sensing AFEs.
Extensive knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture concepts and their application in complex systems.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to facilitate effective group problem-solving sessions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively across diverse teams (Cross-Functional Leadership).
