As a Human Resources Business Partner Specialist, you will provide essential operational support to our HR Business Partners and leaders across Rosendin, contributing directly to the success of our electrical construction projects and the well-being of our employee-owners. You will facilitate the effective execution of HR programs and policies, ensuring our teams receive consistent, high-quality support that underpins our collaborative, safety-first culture and commitment to excellence.
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and current employment laws and regulations.
Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS systems, with hands-on experience using Workday strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to identify trends and patterns.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of HR administration and record-keeping.
A proactive and service-oriented approach to problem-solving and supporting internal stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic construction industry.
