LAYIQ - Distribution Picker at The Campbell's Company

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, procedures, and related documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work under direct supervision while following established procedures, policies, and safety guidelines.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move more than 100 pounds.
Ability to work in warehouse environments with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
Ability to use handheld technology to support inventory and warehouse operations.

Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
Experience using handheld scanners, RF devices, or warehouse management systems.
Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with productivity goals.
Physical Work Environment
Regular standing, walking, reaching, lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
Frequent lifting and moving of materials up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of more than 100 pounds.
Exposure to indoor warehouse conditions and occasional outdoor weather conditions.
Exposure to dust, noise, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures.
Moderate noise levels throughout most work areas.
