Job Description Summary
Responsible for advanced medical support of all aspects of plant wide potent compound production as well as assisting with patient care functions in the Medical Department.
Job Description
Provide medical support at the ACLS level for those areas involved in potent compound production including laboratory areas.
Assist with daily activities in the Medical Department such as medical monitoring and care for work-related injuries.
Shift work is required and some overtime may also be required.
Daily maintenance of emergency equipment in all potent compound areas.
Assist in teaching First Responder classes.
Work with minimal supervision.
Other responsibilities as needed or indicated to include Emergency Response Team, Confined Space Rescue, Incident Command Responsibilities/Medical officer, and Decontamination.
Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
Completion of Paramedic course and certification as a Paramedic in the State of Missouri
Minimum of three - five years' experience in Emergency Care and recent experience in advanced emergency situations.
Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed.
Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in emergency medicine
