Title:
Senior Program Analyst
KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst . This position is in support of PMA-265 F/A-18 and EA-18G Program Office at the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in Patuxent River, Maryland.
Role and Responsibilities:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Assists acquisition team in the preparation of acquisition strategy and procurement documentation to include: Justification and Approval (J&A) for sole source procurement; Individual Streamlined Acquisition Plan (ISTRAP); Statements of Work (SOW); Statements of Objectives (SOO); Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) DD Form 1423-1; Spend Plan Initiation Documents (SPID); and Procurement Initiation Documents (PID).
