About the Role
This is a founding marketing hire at an early-stage AI infrastructure startup building the go-to platform for reinforcement learning environments, post-training data, and AI evaluation. You will sit alongside a small, highly technical team to shape brand voice, grow inbound interest, and run events for a deeply technical audience. The role is central to translating a complex, cutting-edge product into narratives that resonate with AI labs, researchers, and enterprise builders.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy and content calendar across channels.
- Lead social media presence on Twitter/X and LinkedIn to grow audience, engagement, and inbound interest.
- Ghostwrite high-quality content for founders that communicates product vision, insights, and platform wins.
- Translate complex technical product concepts into clear, compelling narratives tailored to a technical audience.
- Develop and refine brand voice, positioning, and storytelling across all channels.
- Experiment with content formats and double down on what drives measurable growth.
- Identify high-leverage event opportunities such as conferences, hackathons, and technical community gatherings.
- Plan and run memorable, high-quality events that reinforce brand and generate pipeline.
- Support team members with event presence, including talks and on-the-ground logistics.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 7 years of experience in marketing, content, or community roles at startups, ideally at the early stage.
- Genuine enthusiasm for frontier AI and the reinforcement learning space, with an active presence in relevant AI communities.
- A strong track record of growing social accounts or company brand, with examples to show.
- A writing portfolio demonstrating the ability to understand technical products and explain them simply and accurately.
- Proven experience planning and running events, meetups, or community programs end-to-end.
- Background marketing AI/ML tools, developer platforms, or technical B2B products; not exclusively consumer or influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and growth strategies for social and content channels.
