Job Details:
These positions could work in any department of the Processing or Harvest facility.
The successful candidate(s)must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Some positions require the ability to lift push pull carry 40lbs or more; must be willing to work in extreme hot, wet environment or extreme cold environment; willing to use hands and arms above shoulder level and stand 8-10 hours per day.
ATTENTION: Positions in Processing will involve the use of a knife and hook to bone out or trim large pieces of product or involve the use of powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines.
Positions in Harvest will involve use of knife and hook to remove the hide from the cattle, trim large pieces of meat or run heavy pieces of equipment.
