OVERVIEW:
At Alo, our focus is on our associate culture, customer promise, quality and safety. The Engineering Manager, DC is responsible for leading the engineering and automation functions within the fulfillment center to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role oversees automation systems, maintenance strategies, process improvements, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives that support operational performance and business goals.
The Engineering Manager partners closely with Operations, Safety, IT, Facilities, and Maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime, improve productivity, and drive operational excellence.
