Employer job description
From Alo Yoga's posting. “We” and “our” refer to the employer.
WHY JOIN ALO?
Mindful movement. It’s at the core of why we do what we do at ALO—it’s our calling. Because mindful movement in the studio leads to better living. It changes who yogis are off the mat, making their lives and their communities better. That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.
OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager Reverse Logistics will help design, launch, and stabilize the returns operation at alo's Memphis distribution center. This onsite role reports to the Director of Reverse Logistics and partners with the contracted 3PL and alo cross-functional leaders to build scalable processes, systems, staffing plans, and operating rhythms. The role leads through influence by translating alo strategy into executable priorities, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and holding the operating partner accountable for results.
Up to 50% travel is required, particularly during design, implementation, launch, training, and network-alignment activities.
