Addresses a broad array of legal matters to support the company’s business, working closely with other members of the Legal team, as well as internal business clients. The role involves advising, training, and offering legal support to business clients, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts. _
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Provide clear and business-savvy legal advice and risk guidance to business partners and key stakeholders
Counsel on a wide range of corporate issues including interactions with business clients on cross-functional projects
Draft, negotiate, and advise clients on a broad range of legal and contractual matters to support the Company’s business, including but not limited to: clinical trial agreements, informed consent documents, research agreements, clinical supply agreements, consulting agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and distribution agreements
Maintain strong relationships with business clients and third-party contracting parties to understand business requirements and ensure contractual terms align with the company’s priorities and policies
Provide legal support in the development of innovative services or products that differentiate the company
Mentor and supervise lower-level legal staff and/or lead indirect teams.

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $206,400.00-$282,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
