Essential Job Duties:
Actively participating in the planning, measuring, analyzing, and publishing technical research results from funded research projects.
Engaging in scholarly publication in conference proceedings and journal publications.
Supporting technical presentation of related work.
Supervision:
Possibility of supervising graduate and/or undergraduate students.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or documentation of completion of Ph.D. requirements in a related field by the position start date.
- Relevant research experience in related field.
- Additional required qualifications and salary determined by the specific position to be filled.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Authored or co-authored peer- reviewed manuscripts.
- Experience in multiple research models.
- Evidence of successful student mentoring in research environment.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous scholarly or industrial experience in the fields of systems engineering.
