Your Mission as a Network Engineer II
Lead and participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of network hardware, software, communication links, and routing protocols.
Assist with planning, designing, and developing LANs, WANs, VPNs, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network access control solutions.
Analyze and resolve network hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently.
Connect, operate, and monitor network systems.
Work closely with data center, operations, and technical teams.
Create and maintain documentation covering logical and physical network designs, VLANs, firewalls, and routing protocols.
Improve telecommunications and network options supporting remote communications.
Develop and optimize internal network and infrastructure processes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across network environments.
Support Level I engineers with more complex connectivity problems.
Assist with communications hardware installations and equipment repairs.
Deliver responsive service and build strong customer relationships.
