Do you excel at creating a welcoming environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks while staying cool, calm, and collected? Then we want you on our team of office pros! As an Administrative Coordinator II, you’ll be the friendly face that greets visitors and helps keep our offices running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for the efficient front desk operations of our facilities and will ensure all visitors are welcomed with a smile and processed in accordance with security procedures.
Not only will you be providing stellar customer service, but you’ll also make sure our office supplies are stocked and our breakrooms and conference rooms are always in good working order. You'll be the go-to person for general office and seating requests and will even get to help support fun company events and catering! Plus, you’ll get to show off your organizational skills by maintaining contact information, desktop instructions, and digital filing systems.
