Job Description
Join our Saint Luke's Surgery and Anesthesia division as a Full Time Administrative Assistant!
This position will support our Surgery and Anesthesia division on the Physician Side.
- Full Time, 8am-5pm at our Plaza location
- Previous Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Strong experience with scheduling and calendar management required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
The Opportunity:
Provides organization and secretarial support to the department.
Handles routine and complex communication and maximizes the work day through the use of effective scheduling and communication.
Assists staff as needed with program development running reports and presentations.
Order supplies and prepare invoicing.
Onboarding and credentialing of new physicians.
Collaborates with staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
