You’ll play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for residents by supporting events and programs, preparing spaces, assisting with audio/visual setups, responding to resident requests, and providing thoughtful day-to-day support. From setting up a room for a special event to helping a resident with a lockout, delivering a package, or stepping in at the concierge desk, you’ll be someone residents and team members can count on.
