The Director of Business Operations is a senior leader responsible for translating Avint’s strategy into disciplined, scalable corporate operations. The Director leads the day-to-day business infrastructure that enables Delivery, Growth, Innovation, and Executive Leadership to operate effectively, with accountability for financial operations, human resources and recruiting operations, contracts and procurement, corporate compliance and quality, facilities and administrative operations, and enterprise business processes.
As a member of the Avint Leadership Team, this role is expected to anticipate business needs, bring forward well-reasoned recommendations, establish clear operating standards and controls, and lead cross-functional initiatives from definition through measurable results. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team and develops a high-performing Business Operations team capable of supporting Avint’s continued growth.
