ON.energy is setting the standard for large load interconnection. ON’s patented AI UPS™ is a medium-voltage UPS that serves as a firewall, protecting the data center from the grid, and the grid from the data center. With multiple gigawatts currently under construction, we are enabling grid-safe data centers.
- Travel Requirement: >80% site based

Overview
The Site Readiness Technician III is a master technician and field supervisor responsible for leading inspection crews and driving Site Readiness execution on ON.energy’s mission-critical, medium-voltage double-conversion UPS systems built on utility-scale BESS equipment (batteries, transformers, PCS, and controls).
The Technician III performs advanced receiving and mechanical completion inspections, leads non-conformance disposition, supports pre-energization readiness, and mentors junior technicians while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
This is a senior, hands-on, high-travel field role for a technician who can operate autonomously, supervise crews, and interface directly with the Site Readiness Manager, commissioning engineers, EPC partners, and OEM representatives.
