Learning & Development Partner, based in *
Irvine, CA.
The Learning & Development Partner reports to the Learning & Development Lead and is a member of the Human Resources team. He/she is a contributing member of the Learning & Development team responsible for professional and leadership development for our Support and Corporate Departments (not stores).
*This position is full-time, in-office only.
General Responsibilities
Researching, sourcing, and/or creating growth and development content including designing presentations and participant materials.
Delivering leadership & professional development workshops to Associates of a variety of levels and functions both in-person and virtually.
Monitoring and evaluating content to ensure it is current and effective.
